Contest Rules: 
Signs of a Great Resume Giveaway

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Let’s Talk Fundraising, LLC (“Sponsor”).
 

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Let’s Talk Fundraising, LLC are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on January 26, 2026 at 1:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends on February 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside of this time frame will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at:
https://podcast.letstalkfundraising.com/signs-of-a-great-resume

To complete entry:

• Entrants must submit their name and email address through the entry form.

• Entrants must confirm their email address by clicking the confirmation link sent by the Sponsor, unless they are already an active subscriber to Let’s Talk Fundraising communications.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

 

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected via random draw on February 28, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

 

6. Prize

The prize consists of one signed copy of Signs of a Great Resume by Scott Vedder.

No cash or other substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable.

 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email on or about March 2, 2026.

The selected winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

8. Privacy

Information collected as part of this giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at:

Entrant information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of the normal operation of Let’s Talk Fundraising communications.

 

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
