Yes, completely. Most people can move through each module with about two hours of work, and you'll get regular emails from me to help you stay on track. But life happens: vacations, events, or a major donor or grant that means dropping everything to bring in the gift. That's why a program you could finish in under a month gives you six months of access.
No. You can use any AI platform your organization has already approved. I do recommend a paid plan when your budget and policies allow it, because paid plans often offer stronger administrative controls, clearer business terms, more features, and higher usage limits than free plans.
You build them, but you won't be starting from a blank page. I give you the framework for each one: the exact instructions to load in, the files to upload, and which capabilities to turn on or off. The goal is to give you practical training your organization can approve without a four-figure expense.
It's a fair question. AI does have an environmental footprint, and that's something I take seriously.

The scale of that impact varies by model, provider, data center, and type of use, which makes simple comparisons difficult. AI is also becoming part of everyday work across sectors, including nonprofits, so I believe it is worth learning how to use it selectively and responsibly.

My approach is to stay informed, use these tools thoughtfully, and focus on helping fundraisers apply them in ways that are responsible and aligned with their values.
